These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website and the AutoValet platform. By using our services, you accept these terms.

1. Definitions

AutoValet: the provider of the platform, [INVULLEN: BE1016.340.957].
Customer: the professional user (car dealer, garage or company) who takes out a subscription.
Platform: AutoValet's online software-as-a-service for parking, managing and invoicing vehicles.
Services: all services provided by AutoValet, including the website and the platform.

2. The services

AutoValet offers a cloud-based platform that lets professional car dealers locate their vehicles, manage them via workflows and generate compliant invoices. The website serves to inform and to enable demo requests.

3. Formation and term

An agreement is formed after written confirmation or activation of a subscription. Unless otherwise agreed, the subscription is entered into on a [INVULLEN: jaarlijske] basis, and is cancellable in accordance with the provisions of your quote or contract.

4. Pricing and payment

The applicable prices are stated in your quote or order form. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT. Invoices are payable within [INVULLEN: 30 dagen] of the invoice date. In the event of late payment, default interest may be charged by operation of law and without notice of default.

5. Availability and maintenance

AutoValet strives for high platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Specific availability guarantees (SLA) may be laid down in a separate agreement.

6. Customer obligations

The customer uses the platform in accordance with applicable law;
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered;
The customer keeps their access credentials confidential and reports misuse without delay.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, the software, the website and associated materials belong to AutoValet or its licensors. The customer only obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the subscription.

8. Data processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Where AutoValet acts as a processor for the customer's data, the arrangements are laid down in a data processing agreement.

9. Liability

AutoValet provides its services to the best of its ability. Except in the event of intent or gross negligence, AutoValet's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the incident. AutoValet is not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of profit or data.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted exclusively to the competent courts of [INVULLEN: Gent].

AutoValet reserves the right to amend these terms. The most recent version is always available on this page.
